The exceptional Service Award is given annually by NationaLease to affiliates using three criteria:

• service and staff quality
• efficiency in time and communication
• responsiveness to other NationaLease affiliates

Award categories are based on the size of the company:

• small - up to 150 vehicles
• medium - 151 to 400 vehicles
• large - 400 plus vehicles
