PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE  

A closely monitored preventive maintenance program can save you time and money by identifying possible problems that could occur down the road.

When speaking of maintenance there are several factors to keep in mind:

  1. The job is done right! - Not only is it very important to have mileage and time guidelines followed, the job must be done right! We have experienced technicians on staff, who are consistently receiving training and upgrading to make sure that they have the knowledge to work on all equipment as technology is always changing and advancing.


  2. Save $$ down the road - Maintenance costs and repair costs are relative. A well planned and followed maintenance program means less money being spent on repair costs.


  3. Downtime - It has been documented that properly following a preventative maintenance program significantly reduces the amount of downtime your equipment will experience over its lifetime.


  4. Safety - The chance of injury is reduced when equipment if operating properly
  5. .

  6. Employee moral - It has been proven that drivers find reassurance in the fact that management actively ensures that the equipment is receiving the proper maintenance and care, improving the reliability of the equipment.

There are a couple of different options for maintenance services with Hornoi Leasing Ltd:

 

 

FULL SERVICE MAINTENANCE LEASE

This agreement would supply the equipment, with the specifications that you require for your needs, for a predetermined length of time, along with all the required and some optional services.

All of our agreements are detailed so that the customer fully understands the responsibilities of each party.

Following are the required and optional services available:

  • A complete preventative maintenance program, including inspections and servicing
  • All repairs due to normal use, including parts, labor and outside services.
  • All required Saskatchewan safety inspections repairs including parts and labor.
  • Tire replacements due to normal wear.
  • Emergency 24-hour roadside assistance.
  • Replacement vehicles if required to minimize downtime.

We can also include:

  • Washing
  • Licensing and permits
  • Storage


The Customer in turn agrees to provide responsible drivers and not abuse the vehicle, thereby allowing us to keep our maintenance costs down, improving vehicle safety, and keeping you and your equipment looking 1st class.

 

 

CONTRACT/SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
Hornoi Leasing's responsibilities in this agreement are to provide a complete scheduled inspection and general maintenance program on equipment the Customer owns. If we find that there are additional repairs necessary, they are only performed once we have authorization from the Customer.
